Museum Study Room

The MACRO study room is located within the Museum of Contemporary Art of Rome and was created as a new space dedicated to public reading and study for young people, students and residents of Municipio Roma II. Located within an exhibition venue already popular with younger generations, it offers a quiet and welcoming environment where you can prepare for exams, work on projects and read surrounded by the museum’s atmosphere.

The study room is organised across two public areas for study and reading: one is located in the café of the museum’s new wing, the other in the room of the Visual Arts Research and Documentation Centre of the Sovrintendenza Capitolina ai Beni Culturali, in the historic wing on Via Reggio Emilia. This dual configuration allows users to choose the context that best suits their needs, while maintaining a direct connection with the spaces and content of the MACRO.
